The first phase of The Crossing, led by developer Paul Andrews, delivers thoughtfully designed, attainably priced homes to support Buena Vista’s essential workforce housing needs. Contracted by The Crossing, Fading West provided a range of multiplex housing options, including four one-bedroom homes (upper and lower level, with ADA accessibility on the lower level), eight two-bedroom two-story homes, and two three-bedroom two-story homes.

The Crossing BV project also includes a 14-unit condominium managed by the Chaffee Housing Trust under the Community Land Trust model, expanding access to affordable homeownership in the community.
