Sawtooth is a creative response to a growing demand for workforce housing in Gunnison, CO. Sawtooth is a rental housing development in the City of Gunnison.  This two phase project started with 18 units built in 2023 and  additional homes coming in 2024.  The target income for these homes is 80-%-130% AMI.  Fading West not only provided the homes for this development but also provided the site construction and general contracting services as well.  Another excellent example of our vertical integration at Fading West!
