The Fading West Modular Factory builds single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, ADU’s, and park models designed with floor plans focused on livability. Our standard product line allows us to offer higher quality materials and finishes, greater speed to market, and control costs.
Using LEAN processes and a culture of continuous improvement, we strive to eliminate waste and improve efficiency both in the factory and throughout the entire construction value stream.

Our standard product line offers 9 value-engineered home designs. Although we do not offer custom floor plans, our standard add-ons offer flexible solutions. That’s how we stay on the forefront of better building.

FARMHOUSE
The Farmhouse offers a more classic mountain house aesthetic with a gable roof, double-hung windows, and primarily horizontal exterior siding.
MODERN MOUNTAIN
The Mountain Modern is a more updated take on a mountain home design with a shed roof, casement windows, and vertical exterior panels.

As much as we love to build, we limit our offerings to focus on higher quality materials and finishes, greater speed to market, and cost. For this reason, we do not currently build the following:
Hotels and other Commercial Buildings
(although we would still love to hear about what you’re doing!)
