Single Family Homes
Our single-family home product line includes several value-engineered base floor plans, and multiple bolt-on options. This carefully designed product selection provides for a high level of flexibility, while still allowing for standardization in the manufacturing process. The result is higher quality and lower cost product that is adaptable enough to work with any site plan.
All of our homes are offered with 16’ or 18’ wide boxes, in two exterior styles: Farmhouse and Mountain Modern.
Our smallest two single-family homes, the Antero and the Shavano, can also be combined in an attached townhome product that works equally well as a duplex or 5-plex.

Antero
The smallest standalone single family floor plan that Fading West offers, the Antero is an excellent value for the first time homebuyer, and also makes for a very efficient rental unit.

Lincoln
The Lincoln is the base for one of the two ranch homes that Fading West manufactures. This unit can be combined with one of our bolt-on options for a larger single story footprint. This standalone unit includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room.
