Fading West partnered with CDOT and MW Golden in a pilot project to build new workforce housing for CDOT Employees in Colorado.  Government agencies see the same obstacles as privately owned businesses when trying to hire long term employees in the mountain communities.  This flagship community will feature 12 single family homes for CDOT workers.
